Indian Constitution Articles important for SSC with brief description

In SSC exam you can see questions related to the Articles or Parts of the Indian Constitution. e.g on year 2013 they asked Fundamental Duty comes under which Part of the Indian Constitution, and the answer is Part iv-A.
So you can expect this type of question in SSC Papers. Here, the brief description of important Articles are given which are more important.

As you all know Indian Constitution is one of the largest written constitution of world. Keep on mind that our constitution consists of 450 Articles (that are divided into 24 Parts) and 12 Schedules.
It is never easy to mug up all the articles and Parts. So some important Parts with articles are as follows:

PART i: It is related to Union and its territory. Under this 4 Articles are covered Article 1, 2, 3 and 4

Article 1: It describes that India, that is Bharat is a "Union of states" rather than a "federation of states". Simply related to name and territory of the Union.
Article 3: It is  related to formation of new states, alteration of area, boundaries or names of existing states.

PART ii: Related to Citizenship. Under this 7 Articles are covered Article 5, 6, 7,8,9,10,11

PART iii: Fundamental Rights (very important). Article 12-35.
Article 12: Definition of State.
Article 14-18: Right to Equality.
Article 19-22: Right to Freedom.
Article 23-24: Right against exploitation
Article 25-28: Right to freedom of Religion
Article 29-30: Cultural and Educational Rights
Article 32: Right to Constitutional Remedies

PART iv: Directive Principle of State Policy. Under this, Article 36-51 are covered.

PART iv-A: Fundamental Duties. Article 51-A only.

PART v: Union Governments. Article 52-151

PART vi: State Governments. Article 152-237  

PART viii: Union Territories. Article 239-242

PART ix: The Panchayats. Article 243 to 243-O

PART ix-A: The Municipalities. Article 243-P to 243-ZG
