IBPS PO-3 2014 Interview Experience of Bikram Chib from Jammu, Graduation in Engineering

Here is the interview experience of Bikram Chib in his own words.

Po interview 

My written marks :85 

Members in panel :(well dressed 3 M,1 F) 

Bikram chib , 

Jammu 8:30 am.. 

Q1: Bikram , we see uve worked in xyz company.its a gud cmpny why did u leave ur job ? 

(no introduction asked which i was rattafying frm last week ) 

Q2: What are problems faced by rural people in context with improper banking facilities?

(am frm rural area so he put up this )

Q3: As an engineer how can u help bank in its regular work (for every engineer this is a fixed question!)

Q4: Uve written u can speak dogri, so translate some sentence in dogri .

(he spoke and i translated it correctly , he was quiet happy with my fluency in my mother tongue which contemporary generation seems to have lost ) 

Q 5: Explain the financial crunch indian is going through in comparison with anything lyk this happened ever before , along with steps taken so far .

(i explained downfall of rupee contrasting with 1991 crisis .ive olready crammed the precautionary steps govt took ..panel was more than happy with my replies ) 

Q6 : What are diffrnt govt schemes to help rural people ?

(again returned bak to rural area..well i knew about MNREGA, indira awas yojana , ASHA, financing SHGs ..again a satisfactory reply ) 

Then panel asked me few questions regarding my family background and relocation comfortablity.

best thing is that one man shook hands with meh and i think i had a gud one after being disqualified in rbi assistant..am hopeful this time
