Uttarakhand Government (Uttarakhand Lok Seva Ayog) has published the notification for recruitment to various Group D Post.
Before apply for the post you must ensure that you are registered at employment office at Uttarakhand.
Age limit for applying for the post:
For the Post whose requirement is Intermediate or equivalent, the minimum age is 18 and Maximim is 40. Age limit as on 1 January 2014. There is a provision for age relaxation also for SC/ST/OBC, PH , Ex-Army. For Graduation and Post Graduation minimum qualification is 21 and maximum is 40.
Exam Pattern:
Total marks of the written paper is 100 marks which consists of 50 questions from General Hindi, General Knowledge; Geographical, Cultural, economical and Historical knowledge of Uttarakhand and
50 questions will be Post related question (for the post you have filled). The total duration of the Written exam is 2 hours. For each correct answer you will get 1 mark and for each wrong answer 1/4 marks i.e 0.25 will be deducted.
